In a large bowl,mix all the dry ingredients together, then add water to form a dough,it will form a loose dough, then add the oil and knead it in very well,cover and allow it to rise for 1hr,After it rises

I use cake pans,i mould them into small balls,while some i make them in small small containers,grease them with oil well, then scoop the batter into the containers and allow them to rest for further 15-20min,after then you steam them,i use a big pot to steam mine 😂u can use colender and arrange them,then place a steel bowl inside the water and keep the colender on top,cover and let it cook for 10-15mins and tanaaaa you are good to go

Here are the ingredients for the soup,add in you oil+palm oil,when the oil is hot add in onion and saute for fee sec,then add the tomatoes

Stir it in and cover for 5mins, then open and add the pepper mix and garlic stir and cover it to cook for 5-7mins till everything come together

Open and add carrots and spices +seasonings stir and cover for 2 mins

Then add your spinach,and add little water allow it to cook for 2 more mins

Then add bell peppers,cover for another 3min,oil will begin to come out,taste to ensure all is okay, then serve

The soup is rich and healthy u can pair ot with rice also.or with yam.
