Grease the oven pan with butter. Put the Chicken with skin and the potatoes into the pan.

Marinate the Chicken with Salt, Black Pepper, Rosemary, Dried Oregano, Cayenne Pepper, Garlic, Fresh Lemon Juice, Olive Oil and Butter.

Roast for about 45 minutes at 425° or until chicken is cooked through and well browned.
