First of all, wash the tur, mungi, and gram lentils thoroughly and soak them for 30 minutes.

Then remove the lentils from the water and put them in the cooker and add a little turmeric powder and salt and cook it till it comes to 4-5 city.

Now chop the onion, tomato and green chillies and grate the ginger.

Take flour in a vessel, mix ghee in it and mix it with lukewarm water. Now make a dough of dough and roll it like roti and cut it into small round small puris from the glass. Now take a sphere in your hand and press it in between the fingers to make it like a pitti from both sides.

Now put oil in a pan and let it heat up, now add cumin seeds, dry red chillies, and asafoetida and ginger and fry it. Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, add onion, tomato, green chilli and cook for 1 minute.

Now add the cooked lentils and put the cooked pithis. If water seems less then add some water and cook it by adding salt and covering it for 5 minutes.

Your Dal Pitthi are ready. Serve hot by pouring every coriander leaves over it.
