Meatballs_with_pomegranate_sauce(Kofta)

Ingredients

  1. 500 gmince meat
  2. 1/2 bunchparsley - chopped
  3. 1/2 tspseven spices
  4. 1 tspsalt
  5. 1/4 cuppomegranate molasses
  6. 1 tbsvegetable oil
  7. 1 CupWater

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl add meat, parsley, onions, salt and spices, mix all together until well combined

  2. 2

    Divide the kofta mixture into small balls equal in size

  3. 3

    Add oil in a frying pan and fry the meat balls until golden brown

  4. 4

    Dissolve the pomegranate molasses in the cup of water or more (as needed) and add it over the kofta

  5. 5

    Leave to boil, allowing the kofta and the mixture to combined

  6. 6

    Serve hot or cold as a starter
