First make sheera and keep it on low flame.

Than take a bowl add milk powder,maida,baking powder and suji and mix them well add beaten egg and mix it with hands now add ghee and a fine dough. (Neither hard not soft)

Knead it 2-3 times for perfect result. Now grease hands with oil and make small balls of it(I made 18-20 by this recipie)

Then deep fry them in ghee or oil on low flame.

Now directly add them in sheera(after adding balls in sheera I cooked them about 5-10 min on low flame.

Now your yummy homemade gulab jaman is ready to eat😍
