Ingredients

3_4 persons
  • 2 tbspchopped onions
  • 2 tbspchopped tomatoes
  • 2 tbspchopped cocumber
  • 2 tbspchopped cabbage
  • 1chopped green chilli
  • 1 tbspchopped fresh coriander
  • 1 tspdried mint or 1 tbsp fresh mint
  • 1 cupyogurt
  • 1/2 tspchat masala
  • 1/2 tspred chilli flakes
  • 1/2 tspcrushed roasted cumin
  • as neededSalt
  • as neededWater

Steps

5 minutes

    Wash all the vegetables

  2. 2

    Chopped all the vegetables

  3. 3

    Take a bowl and add all the chopped vegetables

  4. 4

    Whisked yogurt nicely and add into vegetables. Mix well

  5. 5

    Add all the spices and mix

  6. 6

    Add water if needed. Mixed vegetable raita is ready to serve. Serve with Tahari, khitchri or any kind of rice.
