Ingredients

frq1 serving
  • 4large Portobello mushrooms, brushed and gills removed
  • 2 TBSPBragg's amino - 1/2 TBSP for each mushroom
  • 1 TBSPOlive oil
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1 tspOregano
  • 2 clovesgarlic, chopped
  • 4 cupsfresh spinach, or thawed dry
  • 1/2 cuptomatoes, canned, diced (or use salsa)
  • 1/2 lblean ground beef

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. 2

    In a large pan, heat olive oil and garlic. Cook 2 minutes without browning.

  3. 3

    Add ground beef, spinach, diced tomatoes (or salsa) salt, pepper and oregano.

  4. 4

    Drizzle Bragg's amino on the inside of each portobello mushroom.

  5. 5

    Stuff with beef mixture and put into oven for 1p minutes.
