It is an indian sweet dish which gets ready in few minutes
Steps

Take a pan and add 1cup sugar and one cup of water and now leave it for 2-3 boils

Now add some elaichi to the above prepared chasni

Then take a bowl and add besan, baking powder,food colour and water and make the batter of medium consistency

In another pan add some ghee for frying

Now take a karchali with holes and pour a little amount of batter into it

Now leave it in a pan till it turns golden brown after that transfer it in the chasni and leave it for 2 mins.

Your dish is ready to serve
