In a pan add ghee

Add bay leaf,cumin seeds,star aniase, cardamom,and cinnamon stick

Add onion

Add potato, cauliflower and peas

Add salt and pepper

Cover it till veggies get soft

Now add rice,stir it

Now add 2 bowl water again cover it

Cook on slow flame

When rice become soft,it is ready
