Daliya pulao recipe is healthy carb ,full of nutrients and and one pot meal recipe which is very good option for lunch along with raita and salads- for weightloss journey.

At first -wash broken wheat 2-3 times with water and add warm water and let it soak for 30 minutes

In pan-heat oil, add jeera, hing and ginger chilli, saute it, then add all the chopped vegetable and broken wheat without water.

Add all the masala and let it cook as it is for 1-2 minutes then add 3 cup water cover it and let it simmer on low flame for 15-20 minutes.

As it is soaked in warm water it will cook without pressure cooker.

Once it done-switch off the gas, add coriander and lemon juice and serve it with raita and salad.
