In a mixing, grinder add soaked Urad dal, ginger, green chillies, Fennel seeds, Cumin seed, salt per taste, garam masala powder add little water and make a paste.

Now in a mixing bowl take wheat flour, take less than one cup of semolina. Add the paste, Mash well, add little 3 spoons of oil and with help of water make a semi-stiff doe and rest it for 10 - 15 minutes.

Now grease oil in the rolling board. Now make puris out of doe. Heat oil in kadhai. Deep fry the puris till golden brown.

Serve hot with Aloo Sabji.
