Ingredients

1/2 an hour
11-12 laddoos
  1. 2 cupbesan or gram flour
  2. 1 cupdesi ghee
  3. 3/4 cupsugar
  4. 1 tbspgreen cardamom powder
  5. Some chopped dryfruits

Cooking Instructions

    Heat a pan with desi ghee. Add gram flour. Stir it continuously till it's aroma comes out and colour changes. Then add sugar and again stir it till sugar melts and it becomes sticky.

    Then add green cardamom powder and all dryfruits. Mix it well. Prepare it in low flame otherwise it will be burnt.

    Switch off the flame now and let it a little cool. Then make Laddoos and serve.
