Whip the egg whites with pinch of salt then add in 100 grams of sugars gradually

Mix the dry ingrediants together (100 grs sugar + flour + cacao + baking powder and soda)

Mix the wet ingrediants together (egg yolks + vanilla +oil + milk + coffe with hot water)

Mix the dry ingrediants with the wet then add the meringue gradually without over mixing
