Ingredients

  • maash ki daal 1 pao
  • ghee half cup
  • 2 tbsplal kutti mirch
  • 1 tsphaldi
  • 1 tbsprai dana
  • 1 tspkalonji
  • 1 tbspgaram masala powder
  • 2 tbspsookhi methi
  • 1 tbspzeera
  • 1 tbspdhania sabut
  • 6-7lal mirch sabut
  • namak too taste
  • 1/2 cuphara dhania
  • 6-7green chilli
  • adrak slice cut 1 tbsp
  • piyaz 2 adad
  • timatar 2 adad
  • 15-20karri pata

Steps

  1. 1

    Zeera, sookha dhnia aur lal sabut mirch roast kar ke grind kar lein.

  2. 2

    Piyaz aur timatar chop kar lein.

  3. 3

    Aik pan mein ghee daal kar piyaz light golden kar lein aur timatar shamil kar dein.

  4. 4

    Ab sarey masaley daal kar bhoon lein.

  5. 5

    Jab masala ghee chorr dey to karri pata aur sookhi methi add karein.

  6. 6

    Phr daal add kar ke 1 cup pani shamil kar dein

  7. 7

    Slow flame par 30 se 35 mint tak pakayen.

  8. 8

    Daal gal jaye to hara dhania, green chilli, adrak aur garam masala se garnish karein.

  9. 9

    Mazedar masala daal maash ready hai.
