In a clean bowl add all the dry ingredients and mix using ur fingers or wooden spoon, gradually add water to form a batter. Mix/beat untill u mix everything together

Cover and allow to rise in a warm place for Abt 40min- 1hr

After rising, deflate to release air. Scoop with ur hand and press to make ball shape on hot oil

Fry till golden brown

Serve warm or cold and enjoy 😍😋😋
