Ingredients

  1. 100 gm roasted vermicelli
  2. 1 tablespoonghee
  3. 3 tablespooncondensed milk
  4. 2 Tablespoonmilk
  5. 2 Tablespooncoconut powder
  6. 1 teaspooncardamom powder
  7. handfulChopped dry fruits of your choice

Cooking Instructions

    Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Add roasted vermicelli and saute for few seconds.

    Add milk and mix well. put coconut powder too and give all a nice mix by pressing

  3. 3

    Again add cardamom powder, condensed milk and chopped dry fruits. add a pinch of orange colour, mix well with continous pressing of the whole mix.

    Now take a portion and arrange it in a katori or in a silicon mould by pressing it with all the edges of katori or mould. Now refridgerate overnight. next day separate this from mould or katori and arrange chilled Rabdi kheer in this and serve.
