This recipe is very famous in our whole family my motherinlaw makes best yakhni pulao so I tried on eid with her recipe must try and you will love the aroma and taste of this healthy dish.
Cooking Instructions

In a big pot add water and meat and onions and whole spices includes zeera 2tbsp dhania seeds 2tbsp sonf 1tbsp salt 4tbsp darcheeni 4 sticks long 5 kali mirch 5 bari elachi 4 choti elachi green 4 and lehson sabit 1full and cook on high heat for 30mins until meat get tender.now strain yakhni.

Now take another bowl add oil half cup now add whole spices including kali mirch tez pata darcheeni and fry then add onions and fry them until golden brown.

Now add ginger garlic paste in it and tomatoes paste and cook on high flame you can add sliced tomatoes too instead of paste and cook now add boiled meat in it and bhonify on high heat until oil seperates.

Now add yakhni in it and whwn it get boiled add rice in it and green chillies too and cook until water reduces.

Add podina leaves too in thiss stage now place it on dum cover the lid for 20min approx.yakhni pulao is ready.
