Ingredients

  1. 1 kgmutton
  2. 1 cupYoghurt
  3. 3Onion (chopped)
  4. 1 cupOil
  5. 1/2 cupcream
  6. 1 tspblack pepper
  7. 1/2 tspwhite pepper
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 1/2 tspWhole spices
  10. 1 tspCoriander powder
  11. 6Green chilies
  12. 1 tspCumin seeds
  13. 1 tbspnginger paste
  14. 10 clovesGarlic
  15. Fresh coriander
  16. 1lemon slices
  17. Julienne cut ginger for garnish
  18. Water as required

Cooking Instructions

    In a Cooker add mutton, water, onion, ginger paste garlic cloves and salt.

    Cover it and cook until mutton is cooked.

    In a wok Add cooked mutton, oil, salt, white pepper, black pepper, yoghurt and cook for 5 minutes.

    Add green chilies, coriander powder, cumin seeds and cook for 2 to 3 minuts.

    Now add cream and cook for 5 more minutes.

    Garnish with green chilies, ginger, lemon slices coriander leaves.

  7. 7

    And your dish is ready to serve.
