First of all wash brain nicely

Than put it in a vessel and fill with water.

Add salt and Turmeric in water and let brain boil for 15-20 minutes

After that take out from vessel and remove all the veins and coverings. And keep a side

Take a wok and add oil in it. Add cumin seeds and onions

Fry onions till light golden than add ginger garlic paste and sautay for 1-2 minutes

After that add all dry spices and mix.

Now add chopped tomatoes and mix. Cook till tomatoes become soft and mix till oil seperated from masala. Add lemon juice

Now add brain and gently mix with masala. Chopped brain in small chunks with the help of spoon and mix.

Keep on simmer for 5 minutes. Turn off heat

Dish out and Sprinkle green chillies and coriander and serve to your family with nan
