  1. 750 gmbeef mince
  2. 1/2 cupoil
  3. 2medium onion
  4. 1 tbspgarlicpaste
  5. 1 tbspgingerpaste
  6. 3tomatoes puree
  7. 1 tspsalt
  8. 1 tspRed chillipowder
  9. 1 tsptermeric powder
  10. 1 tspcoriander powder
  11. 1 tspcumin powder
  12. Ingredients For kofta:
  13. 1 tspsalt
  14. 1 tspred chilli powder
  15. 1 tbspchilli paste
  16. 1grated onion
  17. 1 tspginger paste
  18. 1 tspgarlic paste
  19. 1 tbspcoriander powder
  20. 1 tspcumin powder
  21. 4 tbsproasted gram flour

Cooking Instructions

    Add all above menton ingredients in beef mince to mae koftas.

    Add oil in a pan add onion fry until light brown add g g paste and all spices with 3 tbsp water cook for 1 minute.

    Add tomato puree cook until oil separate.add 2 cup water.let it boil

    Make balls of beef mince prepared masala.

  5. 5

    Make balls and add in boiling mixture.cover and cook on low heat for 30 minutes

    When water evaporate.kofas(meat ball) tender.fry until oil separate

  7. 7

    Add water of your choice.cook for 10 minutes on medium heat

  8. 8

    Add fresh coriander for garnishing.
