Ingredients

  • 2 cupswheat flour
  • 1/4 tspyeast
  • 1bsp sugar
  • 1 cupflour
  • 1/8 tspsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Sieve all the flour. Add in salt, sugar and yeast and mix well.

    Add in water to form dough and allow it to stand for 50 minutes to raise by covering it.

    Heat some vegetable oil in a pan.

  4. 4

    Spoon some dough and form shape of funkaso and fry in the hot oil.

  5. 5

    When golden color is achieved, turn to the other side.

  6. 6

    When done, bring it down and serve as a snack with tea, miyar taushe or honey.
