Boil spaghetti separately add a pinch of salt and teaspoon of cooking oil.Once cooked drain the excess water(I rinse all my pastas after cooking to get rid of the starchy taste)set aside.

Saute onions until translucent.Add dhania STEMS(saw this favour secret online, works like magic!!)as well as the garlic ginger paste and cook for a min or two.

Add mince meat,tomato paste,bell peppers and let it cook through.Add knorr chilli and beef cube.Sometimes I use honey(totaly optional) to nuetralize the acidity in the tomato paste.

When everything is well cooked and absorbed into a flavourful consistency,and the cooked spaghetti stirring well with a fork ensuring an even spread.

Garnish with dhania leaves.Serve hot.Enjoy
