Ingredients

  1. 1small fresh coconut grinded
  2. 1cup fresh paneer
  3. 2-3 tbspgulkand
  4. 1/2cup condensed milk
  5. 1/2cup milk
  6. 1 tbspghee
  7. 1-3 tbspdesiccated coconut powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Grease a heavy bottom pan to prevent sticking. Take ghee and coconut stir well and roast it for 5 minutes. Add paneer and mix it well. Stir continuously for 5 more minutes. Add milk and condensed milk and stir well. Keep stirring untill it turned into shaggy dough. Add gulkand and mix it.

    Stir continuously until it becomes like a thick paste. Let it get cool sometimes. Make balls roll it in powder coconut. Can store it for 3-4 days
