Water ur meat properly

Add water in a pot add ur washed meat with ur chopped onions,Maggie,salt,curry,thyme,ginger nd clove put in on fire until d water has dried from the meat

Allow d meat to cool a little bit make sure there is no longer water in d meat

Put ur cooked seasoned meat in a mortal and crush the meat with the pistle very well

Add ur scotch bonnet,chopped onions,seasoning,garlic,curry,black pepper,clove and ginger in d mortal and crush it together wit d cooked meat

Add some little oil in d frying pan add ur crush seasoned meat and continue stirring the meat until your desired consistency is achieved

Your meat floss is ready and can b serve wit any juice of your choice.Bon appetite😋
