The most easiest recipe ever as the Maggi comes with it's masala :but I like to have it Indian way with lots of veggies and raw onion on top ,I m sure there must be people like me who don’t like the boiled one but this version ,so sharing my version of Indianised Maggi

Boil Maggi but switch off flame just when it’s half cooked and strain it in strainer,pour cold water on it so that it becomes non sticky and keep aside in strainer

Heat oil in a wok add onion sauté it now add all vegetables and pinch of salt and sauté it for five mins,add tomato sauce,schezwan sauce and vinegar and soya sauce each one tsp or as as per taste

Now add Maggi masala and mix well and add boiled noodles and mix well for two mins

Switch off the flame have hot sizzling Maggi topped with chopped onion and with cup of coffee.
