Bafauri (Steamed Lentils Balls) is a Tasty, Healthy & Vegan Indian snack. This is a very popular dish of Chhattisgarh & Madhya Pradesh states.

This zero-oil dish is mainly made using Chana Dal flavored with Garlic, Ginger, green Chillies, finely chopped onion, Coriander leaves and then steamed. I have used mix dals(Chana, yellow Moong, white Urad, red Masoor Dal) in this recipe.

Serve it along with coriander-mint chutney for breakfast/tea-time meal. Or dunk them into the onion-tomato gravy to have it as a main course dish with Rice or Chapati/Roti.

Do try out this easy to make recipe which is a healthy alternative to fried pakoras, low in calories, high in protein & super delicious!
