Clean gobhi and cut the florets.

Add them in 2 cups hot water and rest for 5 minutes.make the batter of cornflour and maida.Add soya sauce and salt.

Add the gobhi florets in the batter and coat well.heat oil and deep fry the florets.keep aside them.

Now make the sauce. Heat oil and add ginger garlic and green chilli.Saute for a minute.

AddOnion and capsicum.now add all sauces and spices.

Add some water and thicken the sauce. Now add gobhi florets and mix well.

Serve immediately as a appetizer or a side with fried rice.
