Take Maida, rice flour, salt and sugar in a bowl and mix with fingers. Add in cardamom powder and turmeric.

Add little by little water and make a smooth batter. It should be of running consistency.

Cut banana into half and then make 4 long pieces as shown. Cut samosa sheets into long thin strips.

Insert a stick into a piece of banana. Dip the banana in the batter or Coat the batter on banana with a spoon. Shake off the access.

Coat the banana dil ped in batter with the samosa strips. Coat the strips on all sides. Press on all sides and coat well. Take out the stick and do same with other pieces.

Similarly ready all. Take a kadai and add oil. When hot drop each pieces and fry.

Flip and fry on both sides till golden. Once done take out. It is very crisp on out and juicy inside.
