  2. 1/4 cupgram flour
  3. 1 teaspoonAjwain

  11. 1-2Dry red chilli

  16. 1 spoonCoriander powder
  17. 1 spoonGaram masal
  18. 1/2 spoonAamchur

Cooking Instructions

    Take wheat flour,gram flour, turmeric,salt,1 spoon oil and ajwain in a bowl

  2. 2

    Mix little water and Knead soft dough. Cover and rest for 10 min.

  3. 3

    Now roll a little thicker roti and cut small pieces of diamond shape.

  4. 4

    Wash and rinse daal 2 3 tymes in with water then put it in pressure cooker add little haldi powder and water. In a small bowl add peanuts and place it in cooker as per the picture.and let it boil properly

    Now put a pan on flame and add 2 spoon oil. When oil is hot add mustard jeera Hing and dry red chilli.

    Now add green chillies and tomatoes and saute well. Cook until tomatoes become soft and mushy

  7. 7

    Now add daal,red chilli powder, coriander powder,garam masal and peanuts.

  8. 8

    Boil it 2 min then add diamond shape dhokli. cook for 10 min on low flame. It's ready

    Garnish with chopped onions and coriander.
