Ingredients

1 hour
Made 12 scones
  • 3 cupsflour (I used wheat flour)
  • 3 teaspoonbaking powder
  • 3 tablespoonsicing sugar
  • 6 tablespoonshoney
  • 3 tablespoonsvanilla essence
  • 200 grambutter (I used, salted)
  • 1 cupmaas
  • 3eggs

Steps

    Mix all dry ingredients.

  2. 2

    Add butter and mix until it's crumbly.

  3. 3

    Separately, mix eggs, maas, essence and honey. And add the mixture to the flour mix. NB: Don't over mix.

  4. 4

    On yhe table top sprinkle some flour and roll the dough. Cutthe rolled dough into a shape of your choice. (I use a glass)

  5. 5

    Place the dough in a heated tray and bake for 30 min.

  6. 6

    Enjoy your scones, plain or with jam and cream😋
