Wash bringle and give a slit in between.roast it direct on flame. Rotate all the sides till it becomes soft from all sides.let it cool.peel it and smash it.add salt and keep it aside

Heat oil in a kadai.Add chopped green garlic. Than add chopped onions and chopped spring onions along with its green part..let it cook for 5 min till it realeaes oil. Add all masala and mix it well

Add smashed bringle and mix it well. Cover it and allow it to cook for 7 to 8 mins on low flame.your yummy baigan bharta is ready to serve.Enjoy with lasoo chutney and Barbara no rotlo
