Open new packet of cornflakes to get the right amount of crunch. If you already have a opened packet then roast the cornflakes for 5mins before tempering

For tempering add oil to pan

One by one fry all ingredients well and remove them directly over cornflakes. Firstly peanuts then cashew then dahlya and remove on the cornflakes heap

In the same add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, asafoetida, sesame seeds and fry for 1-2 mins. Now add chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, dry mango powder. Fry for a minute and remove from flame.

Pour the tempering on the cornflakes.

Add salt and sugar powder over tempering and mix well until everything gets easily coated with the spices. And it's ready to eat.
