  • 500 gmsRice
  • 1/2 cupUrad dal
  • To tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspCumin seeds
  • As neededOil for deep frying

Steps

30minutes
  1. 1

    Soak rice and both the dals overnight

  2. 2

    Grind to a smooth paste of dropping consistency

  3. 3

    Add salt, chilli powder,cumin seeds

    Heat oil and drop dollops of batter to make puris
