  1. 1 cupreduced or fat free cottage cheese
  2. 1 cupcooked pumpkin
  3. Pecans
  4. 1 tea spoonbrown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla
  5. 2stevia

Cooking Instructions

    Crush some pecans and place them at the bottom of a small serving cup.

    Blend Cooked pumpkin with cottage cheese, sugar, stevia, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla.

    Place all on top of pecans.

  4. 4

    Refrigerate for 2 hours.
