First wash chillies and dry after cut in between

Put 1/2 tbsp oil in pan and roast besan in slow flame till light colour change. Add all chilli turmeric, salt, amchur, coriander powder. Mix well.

Now stuff this mixture in mirchi.Add oil in nonstick pan. Add stuffed chillies. cover the pan with a lid.Cook it for 10 to 15 minutes or till the bharwan mirch sabji become soft.serve and enjoy Rajasthani besan mirchi with chapati.❤
