Add a glass of water to the pan and let it heatt, then mix salt in it and rice flour in it. Mix well then knead the dough.

Soak chana dal in water for 4 hours then make a paste and mix garlic green chili ginger paste salt in it.

Guth the rice flour, then make small pedas of it, take it like a puri and then fill it with a mixture of gram lentils and steam is ready.
