  1. 250 gmdosa batter
  2. 1finely chopped onion
  3. 1finely chopped tomato
  4. 1grated carrots
  5. 1grated cabbage
  6. 1/2 cupboiled peas
  7. 2finely chopped green chillies
  8. 3 tspFinely chopped coriander leaves
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 1 tspchili flakes
  11. as neededoil

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all the vegetables and dosa batter.

    Grease the appe pan with oil and pour mixture in each section.

  3. 3

    Cook one side till it turns golden brown

  4. 4

    Now sprinkle some oil and turn appe to other side with the help of wooden stick or fork.

  5. 5

    Cook well on both the side till it turns golden brown.

  6. 6

    Serve with beetroot and green peanut chutney
