Ingredients

20-25 minutes
4-5 people
  • 1 cupPuffed rice (Murmura)
  • 1 cupJaggery
  • 1 tspghee
  • 1-2 dropLemon
  • 1 cupSev

Steps

20-25 minutes
  1. 1

    Take one pan add ghee and heat it up.

    Add jaggery and melt it.after add a drop of lemon and mix it well.on low flame.

    After slightly boiling of the jaggery add Murmura in the pan.now fastly stir it.same do with sev also.

    Now take it out on greased rolling pin. And cut it the shape as you like.
