Ingredients

15 minutes
12 muffins
  • 1/3 cuppeanut butter
  • 2ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/8 cupraw honey
  • 1 tvanilla extract
  • 1/8 cupunsweetened coconut milk
  • 2 cupsold fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/4 cupchocolate chips (optional)

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees and prepare muffin tins.

  2. 2

    Mix peanut butter, bananas, honey, vanilla extract and coconut milk in a bowl. Add the oats and chocolate chips and mix until just combined.

  3. 3

    Spoon batter into muffin tins and bake for 15 minutes.
