For Masala Paste- In a pan heat oil, add garlic, ginger, green chillies and sauté for a minute. Now add Cashews, onions and tomato till gets translucent.

Let it cools down. Now make a paste of this in a mixer jar.

Heat oil in a pan add bay leaves, cloves, cumin seeds and cardamom and sauté it. Now add this masala paste and Cook until oil is separated from sides.

Now add salt, red chilli powder, Garam Masala, Coriander powder and mix well. Add peas and fenugreek and Cook mix well.

Lastly add fresh cream to get a creamy texture and serve hot with Indian Breads, Raita and Salad.

Tip - Clean Fenugreek leaves and boil it for 5 minutes so that it balance out the bitterness.
