To make green paste-
Take coconut, green chilli, ginger, coriander, peas and tuver in a mixer grinder and then add lemon juice and salt and grind this to a paste. - 3
In a pressure cooker, take elephant foot and potato and let it whistle twice till partially cooked. Then add valor, surati papdi, tuver, peas, sweet potato and brinjal in pressure cooker.

Then add in salt and turmeric powder. Then let it cook till it whistles twice.

Then in a kadhai, heat some oil, add in cumin seeds, asafoetida add in the green paste. And then add salt, coriander powder, undhiyu masala, sugar(optional) and finely chopped coriander and then add 3 cups of water.

After this heats, add in the cooked vegetables, and then at last add in the methi muthiya.

Now your green undhiyu is ready to eat. Serve it in a serving bowl and garnish it with some shredded coconut
