1 serving

1Sushi rice
1Canned crab
1Kinshi tamago (finely shredded thin omelette)
1Salmon roe

Steps

This is a 2-tiered cake mold I bought at the dollar store.

Add the canned crab.

Fill with pink-colored sushi rice. I use Floral Sushi Coloring.
4

Apply the kinshi tamago, and squeeze in the chirashi sushi.
5

Turn over, decorate, and it's complete.
