Stir-Fried Brussels Sprouts with Honey Mustard Sauce

cookpad.japan
cookpad.japan @cookpad_jp

I was able to make a tasty stir-fry using bacon, Brussels sprouts, and on hand ingredients.

Even though it adds extra cooking time, don't parboil the brussels sprouts. Don't cover with a lid while cooking. This increases the flavor and the texture.
If the frying pan is too small, the brussels sprouts will be unfortunately be steamed, so it's best to use a larger sized frying pan with extra space. Recipe by Tokurai
