In apan add 3-4tbsp oil and onion cashew and garlic saute till it caramalize.after onion aur golden brown switch off the flame and let the mix cool down and makw q fine paste

In a same pan add chopped vegg and saute for a sec around 10 min..you can blanched the veg also..but I prefer little fry in a oil

Then take a pan add 2 tbsp desi ghee add khade masale and grated ginger..saute for a s3c then take a curd mixture..in curd mix add red chill,coriander and turmeric mix it welland then pour in a pan cook for 10 min..after 10 min add onion cashew paste..saute for 10 -15 min then add fry vegetables and mix it well in the gravy

If the gravy is too thick add half cup of water and cook till the veggies aur little soft..after 15 min add dry kasuri methi and paneer cubes and fry cashew and raisin..

Healthy and yummlicious navratan korma is ready to serve
