Chop the coriander leaves.Add salt to the buttermilk and keep aside.

Now brush the bread slices with buttermilk

Now heat the oil in a pan,add mustard seeds,curry leaves,slit green chillies and termeric.

Now after the mustard and curry leaves crackle keep the buttermilk coated bread slices on the pan.

Now when done from one side flip the slices to the other side.

Let it be done till golden.Now your bread dhoklas are ready to be enjoyed.
