In Deep pan add oil put green chillies, turmeric powder. Put this flattened rice or poha in it.

Roast it till crisp.one side deep fry corn flakes and keep aside.fry peanut and roasted chana dal in same oil.

In bowl take roasted flattened rice, corn flakes, chopped onion,tomato, cabbage, coariander leaves,red,chilli powder,dhanya jeera powder,salt,lemon juice.mix well. Here I have used some pani puris just for extra crunch.mix well and serve.in summer you can add raw mango in to this.tastes yum 😋 do try this recipe. Very easy.

No farsan, sev, chutney still gives taste to mouth.it can be done one hour before also.
