Shahi Paneer

#Ingredients:

Heat oil in a pan and add bay leaf and cloves.

Now add black pepper, cinnamon and star anise.

Now add dry red chilli and fry for 30 seconds. Now add the onion and cook till it becomes soft.

Now add ginger garlic and green chilli paste and cashews and fry them.

Now add tomatoes and mix, add turmeric and red chili powder and mix.

Now add coriander cumin powder and garam masala powder and mix and mix by adding water and cover and cook on a slow flame for 10-15 minutes.

Now turn off the gas and remove the bay leaves and star anise from the mixture and allow the mixture to cool and then make a paste by mixing it in a mixer jar.

Now heat oil and ghee in a pan and pour cardamom into it.

Now add red chili powder and mix.

Now add ground paste and fry it. Now add cream and mix and add curd.

Now add salt sugar and kasuri methi and mix.

Now add the paneer pieces and mix and cook for 2 more minutes.

Now Shahi Paneer is ready, serve it immediately with roti paratha naan or rice.
