Steps

Start with masala to b blended.blend khada masala n onion ginger garlic,Simla Mirch n curry patta paste...

In a pan,add oil n fry the masala paste, add crushed coriander seeds,salt,haldi,

Once oil leaves sides, transfer it into a small dish n set aside

Remove the head n tail,of vindi n give a cut to the vindi,don't remove seeds...it tastes good along with.put the masala paste into it as stuffing.

In a different pan, shallow fry it on low flame...change sides till tender.

Prepare chaunk as instructed, and add.cover it for 2 mins

Serve as side dish to steamed rice n roti...
