A grilled fish recipe for summer days.

I used cherry tomato but you can use any kind you like!
I recommend my favorite ponzu sauce from Umajimura called "Yuzu-no-mura." Recipe by yamita

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 2 filletsMackerel (raw or salted)
  2. 200 gramsDaikon radish
  3. 1Tomato
  4. 5Shiso leaves
  5. 1Ponzu

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Grill both sides of the fish. (If the fish is raw, sprinkle salt beforehand).

  2. 2

    Grate the daikon radish and drain the water a little.
    Cut the tomato and shiso leaves into 1 - 2 cm pieces.

  3. 3

    Mix the grated daikon with the tomatoes and shiso leaves.

  4. 4

    Plate the fish and top with the ingredients from step 3, pour a generous amount of ponzu sauce and enjoy.
