Mix dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients and knead into a dough. Form a ball.

Cover & let rise 25 minutes. (Makes a thick crust)
Bake 2 - 3 minutes before adding toppings so crust doesn't get soggy. Add toppings of choice. Bake 5 - 7 minutes until cheese is melted.
